Frequently Asked Questions

Will this cost anything for my members?

Nope. Your members get complimentary Observer access to the full live telescope network and community, free for as long as they want it. If a member later wants to control telescopes themselves, they can choose to upgrade to a paid tier, but that's entirely optional and never required.

How does my community access Slooh?

We set you up with a dedicated sign-up link and your own branded space inside the Slooh community. Members sign up in a couple of clicks, land somewhere that's recognizably yours, and immediately start exploring the live network and everything members worldwide are capturing.

Is access per seat, per organization, or another model?

It's per organization. Once you're partnered, your entire community can create Observer accounts.

How large does an organization need to be?

There's no minimum. We work with organizations of every size — from large science centers to small astronomy clubs and stargazing tour operators. What matters is that you have a community you'd love to bring under real night skies.

What happens after I submit the application?

We review every application, and we'll reach out to approved partners to set up a short call about your community and goals. From there we sign a simple partnership agreement and move into setup — your branded space, your signup flow, and your launch kit — so your members can be exploring Slooh soon after.
