Nope. Your members get complimentary Observer access to the full live telescope network and community, free for as long as they want it. If a member later wants to control telescopes themselves, they can choose to upgrade to a paid tier, but that’s entirely optional and never required.
We set you up with a dedicated signup link and your own branded space inside the Slooh community. Members sign up in a couple of clicks, land somewhere that’s recognizably yours, and immediately start exploring the live network and everything members worldwide are capturing.
It’s an organization-level partnership. Once we’re partnered, your entire community can create Observer accounts.
There’s no minimum. We partner with organizations of every size — from large science centers to small astronomy clubs and stargazing-tour operators. What matters is that you have a community you’d love to bring under real night skies.
We review every application, and we’ll reach out to approved partners to set up a short call about your community and goals. From there we sign a simple partnership agreement and move into setup — your branded space, your signup flow, and your launch kit — so your members can be exploring Slooh soon after.
